To keep things fair, flexible, and stress-free for everyone, here’s what you need to know about our monthly daycare memberships:

• Prepaid Monthly Billing
  Memberships are billed at the start of each month and cover that month’s visits.

• No Rollover Days
  Membership days do not carry over into the next month. We recommend scheduling in advance to make the most of your plan.

• One Flex Day Per Month
  Need to skip a day? We offer one free reschedule (within the same calendar month) for unexpected changes.

• Cancellations & Holds
  Memberships can be paused or cancelled with 14 days' written notice prior to the next billing cycle.

• Non-Transferable
  Memberships apply to one dog per household and are not transferable between dogs.

• Add-Ons & Upgrades
  Training sessions, TLC upgrades, or grooming services can be added at discounted rates—just let us know when booking.

• Booking Reminders
  We encourage booking your days in advance to ensure availability, especially during holidays or peak weeks.

• TLC Boarding (One-on-One Dogs):

  • Green Dogs: (Can participate in group activities, reside peacefully with neighbours - but requires more 1-1 care; Puppies, Geriatric or special needs)

  • Yellow Dogs: (Dog selective to No dogs/reactive, needs specific neighbours or moderately quiet area, 1-1 walks, Separate/Individual yard time)

  • Red Dogs: (Dog Trainer Handle Only!, No dog to dog, Quiet areas needed)

    $150/per 24 hrs

Additional Boarding Fees:
